Burger and chips
Classic beef burgers in buns with melted cheese and crispy chips. 500g of mince will make 4 x 1/4lb burgers, or 6 smaller patties. Add the mince and seasoning to a bowl and mix by hand but don't overwork it. Add spices or garlic for a variation. Shape the patties however you prefer, shallow fry them, and pair with oven chips. Add your favourite toppings to make it yours.
