Chicken Biryani
Cooked in the oven in the lasagne tray with a pan sauce to go with it. Don't bother with the onions, they can go in the pan sauce
> Rice, Chiecken, Salt, Pepper, Garlic (crushed), Cumin, Turmeric, Paprika, Garam Massala, Chillies, Diced red pepper, Frozen Peas, Coconut Milk, Chicken Stock
Into the oven at 180C for 1 hour in an oven dish (uncovered)
