Bacon, eggs, beans and chips
Basic but excellent comfort food, quick, easy, no preparation, just empty the fridge into a frying pan and put some chips in the oven! 45 mins later you have a easy dinner. Add some bread and butter to get them chips into a butty... Eat it on a weekday evening when you're too tired to cook something more complicated
For variation, use sausages, beef burgers, chicken nuggets or whatever you have available.

How to Make It:
- Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen chips packet. Spread the chips on a baking tray and bake following the instructions on the packet, turning halfway, until crispy.
- About 10-15 minutes before the chips are done, heat the baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Fry the bacon for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil if needed, and fry the eggs for 2-3 minutes for sunny-side-up. Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the chips, bacon, eggs, and beans between plates and serve.
