Chicken and mushrooms in a creamy filling under pastry. Make the filling your way, top and bake. Use ready pastry for ease. You can either top a dish with a puff pastry or line a dish with short-crust and blind bake. Made it as easy or hard as you like. I made them like pasties - no dish required ;)
