Bolognese pasta du jour
Classic minced beef and tomato sauce over pasta, Bolognese style. Simmer with onions, tomatoes, garlic and herbs—use as base for other dishes. Adapt with wine, mushrooms, carrots or whatever you have in the fridge. Serve with spaghetti or whichever pasta shapes you have in the cupboard.
