Pork and Apple Casserole
Pork and onions with thin slices of apple. Stir in a spoonful of flour and cover with a dry cider (to offset the sweet apples). Simmer until apples melt in—rich and thick - add mushrooms or veg. Winner dish; serve with mash or bread or potato bits (small roast potatoes)
