Dauphinoise Potatoes with Sausages
Creamy garlic potatoes with sausages. Part boil the potatoes in milk and garlic, layer in an oven dish with grated cheese between layers and pour the milk over. Add cheese on the top and bake until golden. Long-life milk works fine. It's a little extra work but well worth the effort, a weekend favourite in our house. Serve with Sausages or anything you like
