Spicy Sausage Jambalaya
Sausages, Chorizo (optional), Onions, Peppers, Garlic and spices in this easy one-pot flavour bomb. Cook up the ingredients, add stock then stir in dried rice and let the rice cook in the stock. It doesn't matter if it sticks to the pan a little - those are the best bits!! Add whatever you have in the fridge to use up odds and ends - mushrooms, peas - whatever you fancy.
