A one-pan dish made with cubed steak, potatoes, onions, peas, and seasoned with cumin and garlic. It serves 4 people and takes approximately 40 minutes to prepare.

How to Make It:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the cubed steak pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the diced potatoes, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the remaining oil if the pan is dry. Cook for 15-20 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden, tender, and crispy on the edges.
  4. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Divide between plates and serve, optionally topped with fried eggs.
