Chicken with Garlic and Rosemary
A simple, comforting dinner of tender chicken cooked with garlic and rosemary, served with buttery new potatoes and sweet peas. Classic flavours, minimal effort, and perfect for a calm but filling family meal.
Instructions-
Boil new potatoes in salted water until tender; add peas for the last 2 minutes, then drain

Season chicken and fry in butter in a large pan until golden and cooked through

Add garlic and rosemary to the pan and cook gently for 1 minute until fragrant

Toss potatoes and peas with a little butter, season lightly

Serve chicken over the vegetables with pan juices spooned on top
