Chicken Adobo
A simple, savoury chicken dish simmered in soy sauce, garlic, onion, and white wine, then served with rice. Deeply comforting, low effort, and great for busy nights — this version is gentle and family-friendly while still full of flavour.
Instructions-
Fry chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until soft

Add chicken pieces and brown lightly on all sides

Pour in soy sauce, a splash of white wine, and chicken stock

Simmer gently for 20–25 minutes until chicken is tender and sauce reduces

Cook rice while the chicken simmers
