Instructions
  • Fry chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until soft

  • Add chicken pieces and brown lightly on all sides

  • Pour in soy sauce, a splash of white wine, and chicken stock

  • Simmer gently for 20–25 minutes until chicken is tender and sauce reduces

  • Cook rice while the chicken simmers

  • Serve chicken and sauce spooned over rice
